Had such a great experience at Gong Cha! It was my first time there and the worker helping me was super patient and helpful when explaining the drinks and menu options. He was tall with a mullet-type hairstyle and facial hair — didn’t catch his name, but he made the experience really welcoming and easy for a first-timer. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Definitely coming back!
