Hours are incorrect. The mall opens at 10, the sign on the gong cha stand says they open at 11, employee that arrived after 11 said they don't open until 12. I tried to purchase collab merch but they were told by corporate email they couldn't sell it. All Gong Cha social media said US locations would start selling this merch on the day I went. Maybe this location has different collab policies.

I ordered the Snowman drink from the self order kiosk , and even though it looked like a pretty tedious drink to make, they got it done super fast. Great service and really quick drink makers. Always a good experience here!

Honestly the staff here is nice and accommodating. The drinks are great, they give good recommendations accommodated to your taste buds based on teas or milk teas. The drinks and staff are A1
