This version of fried chicken is awesome! The crunch is great. The flavours are awesome. The chicken comes out piping hot. This is not fast food. It is good food. It takes them time to cook. For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. the food itself is super good, i’ve only ordered the boneless chicken and it’s sooo good and crispy and juicy. however the workers just seem like they hate working there and are generally a bit rude. i get that working in food is annoying but at least try to look like u wanna work there because it’s off putting and it makes me feel like i’m stupid. really good chicken tho
