I'm used to seeing tiny Vivi locations throughout New York City, so seeing one in Philly - and with a lot of seating - was a welcome surprise.Their prices are so good, even when looking at things with a NYC lens.Friendly service. Credit accepted.Last I was here, we sat inside and housed Taiwanese sausages and popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was what the (fat) doctor ordered. I got a Thai milk tea and a flaming brown sugar bubble tea here. The Thai milk tea lacked flavor and wasn’t as sweet as the Thai milk tea I’m used to but the flaming brown sugar bubble tea was very good. The boba was chewy, the milk had the right amount of sweetness and it was very flavorful. Definitely my go-to for brown sugar bubble tea now.

I love vivi, the popcorn chicken and drinks are sooooo goooood!!! However, I realized recently the snack portion got smaller compared to what I used to get back then.. that's the only disappointing thing I could say about this place. Hopefully they bring back the original size.
