Advertised as a felix collaboration, however, on a road trip we went to 2 separate locations. One in spartanburg and another outside of jacksonville , florida. Neither one of them had anything with felix ,no poster, cutout, picture, voice on the kiosk..nothing!! Highly disappointed. won't be back for overpriced bubble tea.
People should stay away from this brand. I won a 1-year free boba drink ticket back in January and they have not kept their promised sending me the cards I can use to get free boba at their store, despite that I have reached out sending them the winning ticket and confirming my mail address. They lied they had sent the cards to the store where I got the ticket and would send me an email letting me know when I can get to the store to pick it up.
