Jenny Smoothie in Roxborough is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming to Jenny since she first started years ago back when she was running the food truck, and it’s been incredible to watch her grow into what she has built today.

The owner is genuinely one of the best people—great personality, amazing energy and aura, and you can tell she puts real love into everything she makes. The customer service is always on point, and she actually remembers me every time I come in, which makes it feel personal and welcoming every visit.

Everything is made with care and you can taste the love in it every single time. She truly deserves all the success coming her way and more. I’m so proud of how far she’s come and can’t wait to see what she does next.

“A hidden gem in Philadelphia and one of the best juice bars in the country. Very few places in the states compare to the Fresh juices and smoothies this little shop pumps out. You can see people from all walks of life on a daily basis that come here for that hit of vitamin, minerals and absolute refreshment. No space to sit but a great place to grab and go for your own customized drinks. They also serve light food such as wraps.“

Our first experience at a vegan restaurant and all three, myself, my daughter, and a friend who are not vegan, but totally loved what we each picked. The menu variety was good, the food presentation was inviting. My daughter is a picky eater, and plate cleaned. The portions were a healthy size, the water was good, calming music, atmosphere, the staff was so pleasant, and the design decor was beautiful! We can't wait to return. Oh and price was fair. By the way, I had the chick-un veg Mac n cheese n saute kale, my daughter had the quinoa stir fry, our friend had the chick-un, n waffles. “I’ve walked by this spot so many times, and it seemed every time I was hungry they were closed (closed on weekends) but today I finally stepped in. I ordered 2 bánh mìs and a Vietnamese coffee. Pete, the owner/operator of the spot was the only one there and we instantly jumped into great conversation about the music scene in Philly back in the late 90s. We ended up knowing a lot of the same people. Philly is a tight knit group. So even before eating the food I was already a fan of this spot. Pete served me his special take on Vietnamese coffee while we talked and he made the sandwiches. The iced coffee was excellent, but different and less sweet than Vietnamese coffee I’ve had in the past. He also used ice cubes made of coffee which was an added bonus for a coffee junkie like myself. After we talked for nearly 20 min, I walked home with my sandwich and WOW! Such a solid bánh mì! I told him to make it like he would make it for himself (spicy) and he knocked it out of the park. I’ll be back and I’ll be bringing all my music friends here when they are in the neighborhood. I highly encourage Olde City residents as well as Philly locals to give this place a try!“

“It’s a cute cafe. Banh Mi is good . Love how they use seeded bread. I like the blended espresso and my daughter likes the cookies & cream.😋 The catering food was delicious . My guests liked the shrimp tapioca wrapped in banana leaves. Spring rolls was very stuffed with lots of meat . Highly recommend this place!“

“I stopped by to look at their spring menu outside that was very eye catching! Walking in, everything was very nicely laid out and the entry space had a large mirror and cute graphics on the wall along with well-designed merchandise. Service was excellent in asking if I had questions and confirming ingredients.
I ended up getting an açai bowl with the blue blue blue base and a blkberry lemonade. Both were very delicious and and everything tasted incredibly fresh. A perfect place for a summer treat!“

“I love this place! Originally went for some smoothies and then we ended up getting chopped cheese and snacks and some pantry items plus milk for the week! When our smoothies were made they gave my husband and myself the leftovers of each others smoothies so we could try it. We saw the adorable cat and the owner let us hold her. I also ordered the Parmesan chicken wings with a side of hot sauce, and they were outstanding. The wings were incredibly juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and the Parmesan seasoning was packed with flavor. Dipping them in the hot sauce took them to another level. I'm a huge wing fan, and these are definitely some of the better wings I've had.

I opted for the Tropical Island (pineapple, banana & coconut).

By far the Tropical Island is the best smoothie EVER! It was like I was transported to a desert island in the middle of a hustling bustling market! THIS IS A MUST. I also managed to get 2 customers buy the Tropical Island Smoothie too!

My partner asked the lady what juice would give him some much needed energy as we had been driving for over 5 ½ hours. He took her recommendation without any hesitation.

He ordered the Hawaiian Passion (spinach, kale, pineapple with a wheatgrass shot).

All I’m going to say is it definitely worked because he was wizzing around all over the place!

I got the hot and loved it, had a real bite to it but great flavor. Wife got medium hot liked the flavor but she doesn't like hot as much as I do so mild next time. went back tonight, I got the sandwich again, next time I'm gonna be brave and get the real hot, she got wings (mild) and was very happy with them, said weren't hot but had great flavor. “I came to this café while I was traveling to get a few hours of work in and it provided a good atmosphere for that.

I was able to sit at a table, next to a nice pot of flowers, next to large windows, which made it feel spacious, easy to focus, and not feel crammed in.

I got an iced vanilla latte and the protein bites and both were pretty good, they did not disappoint.

Perfect place to hang out and catch up with friends (lots of room and tables and chairs inside) or to grab a drink on a hot day.
So many different selections (I have tried half their menu). Their drinks are refreshing and tasty. Their bubbles are always fresh.
Inside is always clean. Kelly and other workers are super nice to me. I’m just happy they’re located at the plaza with lots of parking space too. I love this place !
