“Don't choose curbside pickup, the staff will just leave your food at the pickup shelf inside without ever bringing it out. I waited for 15+ min before calling, and nobody picked up after over a minute. On top of that, the order was wrong and they missed an extra sauce. Very disappointing.
Edit: Customer service reached out to me and offered me 2 box combos to make up for it. I adjusted my review from 1 to 4 stars.“

“This is an old style Dairy Queen where you walk up to one window to order and the other to receive your item. There is no indoor seating, so unless you want to eat in your car, this is not a location to go to in inclement weather. The staff are always friendly, and they do make very good blizzards.“

“I love this location, Everytime I come here I'm met with warm customer service and delicious fresh food. Didn't catch my cashier's name today but she was really sweet (she has piercings). I swear they make the best burgers and they're never greasy!“

“Max gave great service today when picking my order up. I was given the IceDream cone by another member and it was about 5 minutes before I received my fries. The cone was melting of course. Max mad sure I was to take my IceDream cone with me by remaking it so I wouldn't be a sticky mess. Max made this visit 5-Star service.Thanks Max! Keep up the great service!😊“
