“I had an outstanding experience at Chipotle Store #4563, thanks to Mike A. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he takes pride in his work. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to order, but Mike went above and beyond by recommending a variety of dishes for me to try.
He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and never once made me feel like a nuisance. What really stood out was his positive attitude—he had a genuine smile the entire time he prepared my order, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, friendly, and passionate about their job. Mike A. truly made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service he provided.“

“It was my first time trying the Wilkes-Barre location. I got the loaded fries with hot honey and a slider with normal hot sauce. Huge portions! Food was PHENOMENAL! The service was great and everybody was friendly/very accommodating. Highly recommend.“

“This place has really good food. The Time Secret Sauce is really delicious. it kinda reminds me of Big Mac sauce but better tasting. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo with fries and it was delicious. Also they have great customer service as well and they definitely make sure the customer is taken care of properly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Please stop by this location with the newer owners! This is our go to spot for our blizzards and also for everyone’s birthday cake! They always have the cake we need at the last minute and always are willing to personalize it. The woman was so sweet last time we got a cake and she let my daughter help her with writing on the cake. They also made a donation for my daughter’s softball team fundraiser that was very generous. Definitely make this your go to Dairy Queen!“
