I have to say it was the tastiest food I have had in a long time. The staff was very warm and pleasant. We are certainly going to be regulars now.“

“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF. Also the other young lady Kelly was sweet as well. As far as the food... you cant ever go wrong! Even my meat-eater friend and family enjoys the food. It is that good!!“

“A couple onion rings were slightly charred and still good but I’m still giving it a 5 star because this burger was so damn good. Bread, beef, smoky mayo, bacon. Nothing took away from either bite to bite and that’s rare. I will legit take bacon off a burger that is too crispy or too soggy.“

Oh man.İf you happen to stop at this pilot you MUST get a triple cheese burger. I ordered it to go and I was busy I ate the burger 4 hrs later it was cold obviously but it was the most delicious burger I ever it. I say this and I ate it when its cold.I don’t know where they ate getting the meat but it is so delicious you immediately realize the taste of the meat. İt is different its just too good. And I can tell they use expensive cheese too. I can eat this every day no joke. Business owner and the cook you guys should be proud of yourselves. That’s exactly how you respect the people whom youn serve. I appreciate this food a lot because I am a truck driver.what we have to eat at truck stops is almost being disrespectful to us.I wish I can see this place in more pilot locations. “I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. And my server Alyssa was on her game! Handling 40 guest with their different requests and doing everything a quick as she could and also was very attentive!!! Great job Alyssa! On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!!
