The restaurant is cozy, a nice place to relax. The employees are great. The food was just ok, not great, but not bad either. I have had way better burgers at other places. If there is no other place to go it's good for a quick bite. It is also a bit pricey, so there is that.
My partner placed an order using the website and unfortunately ended up with cheese on their burger when they thought they had ordered it without cheese (she's lactose intolerant so she was unable to eat the burger with cheese). She called the store and spoke with the manager Gabby who went above and beyond by driving a burger without cheese out to solve the problem.
