This is my second time trying this location. I irdered 2 burgers, wings, and fries. I was told wings would take 3 minutes. Burgers and fries were done after 8 minutes. They sat there for an additional 8 minutes waiting for the wings. Needless to say, the burgers and fries were freezing cold by the time I got home. One of the patties was raw. Surprisingly, the wings were colder than the burgers. They were overcooked and really not worth it.Also tried ordering through the website and it was not going through.On my first visit, it took an hour to get my order.There is definitely a management issue at this location and this was my last visit.

The restaurant is cozy, a nice place to relax. The employees are great. The food was just ok, not great, but not bad either. I have had way better burgers at other places. If there is no other place to go it's good for a quick bite. It is also a bit pricey, so there is that.

Have been there twice and both times the food took forever even though it was late and not even busy. The first time we ordered there and waited nearly 45 mins. The second time we ordered ahead of time, and they said it would be ready in 15 mins. We came after 30 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. They also failed to call out my order so I didn’t even know it was ready. I had to inquire with them to eventually get my order.

My partner placed an order using the website and unfortunately ended up with cheese on their burger when they thought they had ordered it without cheese (she's lactose intolerant so she was unable to eat the burger with cheese). She called the store and spoke with the manager Gabby who went above and beyond by driving a burger without cheese out to solve the problem. The website ordering system could use some adjustment to make it more clear to add and remove cheese. We were blown away by the service. Gabby is great!

Came in to pick up an ubereats order on 11/2 at 7pm, the women running the food and putting the bags together were very polite. While waiting for my order for 15 minutes, I watched the short middle aged manager (assuming manager as she was in a black shirt different from the rest) berate and talk down to all the employees. Instead of correcting them and explaining what they are doing wrong, she was talking to them like they were stupid for messing up. I watched the one woman making the food slowly become more and more upset. I could not imagine working in an environment like the one I witnessed here. I feel bad for the employees under this woman. I think the people helping me and other customers were Rae and Leah, they were fantastic; management could learn from them.

Horrible service. Went to place an order at the restaurant today and our party was not approached, not even acknowledged. A young man was standing in front of us filling mayo cups, ignoring us. No one was at the register nor did anyone working there acknowledge that we wanted to order. Finally we asked if he could find someone to take our order, assuming he could not. Then he said he would take our order!! RUDE! RUDE! Ridiculous lack of customer service--do not go here!
