Sushi was really fresh and not super $. I can't have gluten so I made sure to ask; they have gluten free soy sauce and explained for me what didn't have gluten. I've been to some sushi places and they wouldn't tell me if the rolls had tempura or sauce on them. Then I recieved the order i couldn't even eat ?. I was really happy they worked with my allergy! I really enjoyed what I ate and hope they can add some gluten free and maybe vegan dishes as well!
I came here twice for lunch so far. I like the plaza the restaurant is in. Even though the parking lot seems a bit packed during the lunch hour, there are plenty of spots in that parking lot and we were easily able to located one.Restaurant itself was very clean and relaxing. This place does close down after 2:30pm and reopen for dinner around 5 or 5:30pm. I got there at 2:20pm and was still able to be seated. We have been ordering from Matsu Sushi for a little over a year and have always had a wonderful experience! The last time we ordered, we were given a complimentary tea set because of the "wait" to pick up a take out order. I put "wait" in quotes because it really was no wait at all-they just simply care about their customers and their experience! Great people, great food. Highly recommend!
