Even Hawaii doesn’t offer such delicious sushi without making you pay 100’s of dollars for even the mediocre. Cho Cho San is incredible, can’t give it anything less than a 10/10“

“I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is flavorable and the crew is attentive and cooperative. always when we go to this place we enjoy a cheerful evening. warmly recommended.“

“I have been going to SU20 for almost two years now (usually 2-3 times per month, sometimes more) and it is definitely the BEST, and almost even more importantly, most CONSISTENT sushi I have ever had in my life. This establishment and everyone who works there is an absolute gem for the Blue Bell and Ambler area. I personally believe that SU20’s sushi is better than the high end sushi restaurants in the Philly downtown area (at least based on the ones I have visited) — including some that were under review and successfully recognized for the Michelin Guide in November 2025. I’m not saying that out of disrespect, but simply to acknowledge how much of a hidden gem I believe SU20 truly is.

The fish quality, consistency, and knife work is stellar across the board — I have had almost every single specialty roll on the menu and they are all incredible. Some favorites include: the Fiesta, Blue Bell, Empire, and Sunshine Rolls — freshest ingredients every time, without exception. The quality control really shines through with the sashimi! It’s unbelievable how full and satisfied, yet light, I still feel after each meal I have at SU20. The appetizers and other meal items are great too… I would recommend the Tuna Carpaccio and Tuna Tataki if you’re looking for small plates.

It is worth noting that the “SU20 Roll” has become my absolute favorite item I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It is a fried roll that tiptoes across a fine line of decadence, freshness, creativity, and nuance. My wife and I get the SU20 roll to end each meal because it’s just that satisfying— you NEED it to try it. This will sound like an exaggeration…. but if I had to pick my last my bite of food on this Earth, the SU20 Roll would likely earn that order.

To round out the entire experience, SU20 even has a variety of delicious Japanese desserts that I believe are also made in house. The crepe cakes and cheesecakes both display a master class on maximizing pastry texture and flavor in a lighthearted way — my personal favorite is the Strawberry Crepe Cake. If I have room after dinner, I love taking one to go!

“The idea of eating raw fish is always a concern whenever I eat out. Itchiro is a nice cozy, family friendly, first date type of place to relax and explore the menu. At first glance, the front side of the restaurant looks a bit ordinary and small. But as soon as you get in, that cozy place has a bit more to offer.

“Beautiful decor, very cozy and ambient. Our server was very nice and helpful, as my daughter and I have never been there. Chef Tony made us delicious sushi rolls and plated the sashimi beautifully. We had dessert, they have a variety of mochi and I had the tempura ice cream.. omgoodness it was so delicious! “I'm shocked I do not have a photo of the Salmon Bento that I have gotten at least 20 times already. I usually have it delivered via Uber Eats and it's so good that I dive right in when I get it! It comes with perfectly cooked salmon on a bed of sauteed broccoli and onions in a yummy teriyaki sauce. The sides are shrimp and veggie tempura, gyoza, California rolls, and white rice. You know when you find that one go-to restaurant that eases even the worst day at work? Sakura is that restaurant for me!

If you want the bento at a cheaper price - try the lunch specials; it's equally delicious!
