My partner and I ordered the Salmon Volcano roll, the sushi & sashimi deluxe, and the spicy Kooma noodles which is not in the pics because we ate it first. The fish is so fresh and beautifully presented. The chefs are amazing and true artists! And the servers are so kind! Will definitely be back again for dinner!

The staff and food at Kaede Sushi & Noodle are the top tier. We had the pleasure of dining here where we were greeted and made comfortable from the moment we sat down. The Manager (owner?) came by and asked how everything was going and the sushi chef let us try pieces he was working on. All of this made for a lovely experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Kaede Sushi & Noodle is a newly opened sushi restaurant in Conshohocken, located on the second floor. The restaurant has a modern but cozy space with a homey feel, and guests can watch the chefs from any table in the room. The menu has great variety, with plenty for everyone to choose from. The fish is fresh and beautifully presented, and the chefs are amazing and true artists. The servers are kind, fast, and friendly. Popular dishes include the Salmon Volcano roll, the sushi & sashimi deluxe, the spicy Kooma noodles, Spicy Garlic Edamame, Salmon Nigiri, Alaska Roll, Spider Roll, West Chester Roll, and Bruce Lee Roll. The chicken is very crunchy on the outside and juicy inside, and the sake options are decent. The sushi is reasonably priced, and guests may receive a complementary salmon belly appetizer. The upstairs space is not large, so a reservation is probably a good idea. The sushi bar is a bit tight, and the servers' station is in the back near the stairs. Overall, it is a great neighborhood sushi gem.
