“My favorite local dive! They have amazing gyros as well as good burgers, fries, and shakes. Not cheap, but better quality than the less expensive places. Also, their location is in an adorable little shopping district. Nice to just walk around and enjoy the sights.“
“Finally visited Richman's Ice Cream and Burger shop and the burgers, fries and milkshakes are very good. It is expensive but worth a treat for a delicious meal. I was very happy to have my family of four support this business on a Sunday afternoon. It takes a while to prepare the food but the wait is worth it. Parking spaces are tight and limited and few outside tables to eat at establishment but the bugs are prevalent. Good customer service. Check the meals before ordering. May save a few bucks. Thanks Richman's for a wonderful experience! Keep up the great work!!!“
“Great service, friendly people, and the food is amazing!! Super tasty and yummy! Prices aren’t bad at all! They FEED you that’s for sure! Go check it out if you haven’t tried it yet!! You won’t be disappointed. Definitely recommend!“
“Amazing little bar with a great beer selection and excellent bar food. The wings were among the best I’ve ever had (and I’m from Alberta - we take wings seriously!) knowledgeable server and very friendly. They put a lot of care into the food and drink of this bar and it shows.“
“Hey, folks, just gonna share some thoughts on Asad's Hot Chicken. Been around for a bit now in West Philly, and gotta say, those two-piece BIG OLE chicken fingers with fries? Yeah, they're kinda hitting different. I mean, you wouldn't expect much, just some chicken and fries, right? But these chicken fingers? They've got this subtle heat, this crunch that's kinda addictive. And the fries? Simple, but slightly spicy. It gives old bay-ish seasoning, but they just work, you know? Service? It serves. And the vibe at Asad's? It's cool, laid-back. Like, you walk in, and it's like, "Yeah, I could hang here for a bit...just a little. lol (Not the biggest place and there's no chairs or tables. Strictly pick-up.) So, if you're ever in the area and feeling peckish, might as well swing by Asad's Hot Chicken. Give those two-piece chicken fingers with fries a shot. Can't hurt, right? What's your fave hot chicken spot?“
“Our server, Kareema, was welcoming and pleasant. She took our orders accurately. The food was tasty and well-prepared. This Applebee’s on Aramingo Avenue is by far my favorite one in the Philadelphia area. The atmosphere and staff have been 5 stars every time we’ve dined here. Keep up the excellent work and we will be back!“
“This place offers some of the most delicious and incredible vegan/vegetarian items ever!! Jeff, the owner/chef, is super creative and talented! I had the yuba hoagie, which was so divine that I finished the whole thing! If you love garlic, the toum dipping sauce that comes with the za'atar fries is unreal! I also had the cauliflower salad with the tahini dressing. The combo was unmatched! Oh, another one of my favorites is the patty melt!! Andy makes them like no other!Go try them out before they close! But hopefully enough people go so they don't close!!!“
“good beer selections and one of the best burgers I've had no I can't remember how long. For real best in region ?♥️Went again last night with the family. Our youngest turned 21 and wanted to go to Lucky's. The staff made him feel special. Very cool“
“Plnt Burger is absolutely amazing my new favorite place to eat. There chicken sandwich and nuggets reminded me so much like chick fila. Everything tasted very clean and so fresh. Quality of the food is 10/10 and they have a good variety of sauces all are delicious. I highly recommend.“
“First things first: this is located inside the Whole Foods. I had the double PLNT burger and it was very good. My only complaint was probably a little too much "cheese" The fries were excellent. I got the large and it was an enormous serving. They are really good. As mentioned, it's a counterspace inside the Whole Foods grocery store so there isn't much as far as ambience, but the service was friendly and fairly fast. Next time I'm in the area. I will probably stop back.“
“This is clearly a local watering hole. Wasn't very crowded for a weekday lunch, but food was good and service was prompt. The only thing I personally didn't like was the menu seemed a little limited, but that's a personality thing.“
“We went here for a quick bite and weren't disappointed. We had a chicken and a beef Philly. Both of those were huge sandwiches for the money! The beef one was chipotle and it was quite delicious but very spicy. So if you a looking for a little kick I would highly recommmend it. We also had old bay fries which had the potential to be good but they were so dang salty. They come with cheese whiz, but it doesn't help how salty they are. Lastly we got a cheese pizza. That was mid at best. Almost no cheese on it and a mediocre sauce. The place does have seating in the back despite how it looks, it just ordering was slightly confusing because they had a sign over a tablet that said order here but you really should order at the countertop because the tablet doesn't have all the options of things you could order like drinks or slices. Overall though a really good place to grab a bite, excellent staff and good food!“
“I ordered takeout catering for a 15-person birthday party being held at my home. Tam was easy to work with, very responsive to my needs, and the food was DELICIOUS. We will certainly go in to eat in the future and I'm sure order for other occasions.“
“There was a group of 7 women and we had just left the Katt Williams Comedy Show heading back to Maryland, so most of us wanted just a little something to hold us over and since it was late night. So my Cuz saw pizzeria in the name and said let's stop there. The rest is 'Delicious History' thank you Lil' Trent and the 2 other gentleman that were cooking. The group ordered pizza, fries, steak subs, and chicken subs, but they also had a salmon sub. I will be scheduling a drive up to Philly soon just to try that salmon sub; which will be a difficult choice considering my chicken cheese sub was the best I've ever had in my 57 yrs. We all was very very pleased with everything we ordered. There was a wait even that late at night, but a well worth it wait. We actually was 1 of 3 of the last customers that were there waiting and we closed the restaurant down with a personal shot out to Lil' Trent as he locked up. Huge Kudos to the 3 man staff that was holding it down and representing on Sunday night-4/7/24.?????? ???????Parking: We were lucky to park almost right in front, but large group, so some stayed in van.“
“Pat, the man!! First time there tonight and came due to closeness of location and reviews… but blackened chicken salad and wings to go were both A+Pat’s presence and convos were representation of what a local bar should be! When you walk into a bar and don’t feel awkward to hang by yourself and enjoy a moment… this is the place to be. I will be back soon, thanks for a great time!“
“I never had before in Johnny G’s. I just wanted to give a try to the food the food was amazing ? I ordered tomato pie & cheese steak sandwiche. From now only stop for me is Johny G’s I recommend everyone try their sandwiches The staff are also very friendly and communicative.“
“Want some great food without the huge price??? This is the spot. The burgers are seriously ?!!! The guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful for a first-timer. The place is small but super fun and bonus points for having streetlight manifesto on when I walked in!!! Won't be my last time here!“
“I’ve had takeout a few times here. OG is in my rotation. They can occasionally have a miss but it’s worth a try. Pizza here tends to usually be on the doughy / thicker / floppy side yet is still oddly “thin crust” style? It has a bit of an identity crisis. It can plausibly crack a top 10 pizza in Philly on a good night depending on your preference but it wouldn’t grab a top 5.“
“Walking into Two Robbers Fishtown is like discovering a hidden gem in Philadelphia’s vibrant nightlife. The atmosphere is charged with a lively spirit, and the decor is a feast for the eyes, with art that’s as eclectic and spirited as the seltzer flavors on offer. The staff, always welcoming and knowledgeable, seem to have a knack for suggesting the perfect seltzer to match the mood—each one a unique blend of refreshing notes. The standout, though, has to be the burger, a harmonious combination of flavors that pairs wonderfully with the crispness of the house fries. It’s the kind of place that invites spontaneity and promises an evening filled with relaxed enjoyment and new discoveries.“
“Vegan vegan vegan. With only one review on here using the word, it's time to draw attention. There are vegan options here. The veggie burger, vegetable wrap, and red pepper hummus with pita are all vegan. Yay! If you're into meat, you've got loads of options. Food spans a cross between gastro pub and dive bar (read: soups, chili, wings, steak tip sandwiches; quesadilla, nachos, and a variety of sandwiches.) Prices are reasonable and sandwiches come with fries or salad. The beer list is pretty long for a neighborhood watering hole. I snagged a pint of a great black lager, and also tried the Fiddlehead white which was nice too. There were about eight brews on draft and double that number in cans and bottles, plus ciders. Sitting under a tree trapped up in fairy lights on the outdoor patio was quite nice. Indoors is dark wood and a long bar and TV screens. Good place for sports fans or biergarten lunchers. Friendly service too. G'ahead, give it a try.“
“Angy’s is a hidden gem with a variety of selections. Breakfast and lunch are very tasty with a great variety. For dinner they serve authentic Mexican. The food here is delicious and priced very well! The ice is creamy and delectable. Angel is very friendly and outgoing! Family owned business with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!“
“Love this place....always have. been going there over 30 yrs since Johnny's dad first ran it....God rest his soul.....ND now johnny doing an even better job with it....I have about 4 generations going there...the food is always hot, fresh ND always on POINT...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK....HIGHLY RECOMMEND..Parking: Plenty“
“This spot never disappoints whenever in Philly Jim’s is the Best! The chop up the meat put the wiz on or Cooper Sharp and it just melts in your mouth! The light onions and heated bread make the difference and at 12.00 each. Took 2 home with me to reheat in my oven. But nothing beats eating hot once I ordered and sat in the car steaming the windows and it just melts in your mouth soft roll. Chopped ribeye and Chez Wiz.Just the Brst of Philly“
“First impressions are literally everything! This was my first time visiting Cheesy Burger and I must say, the customer service was great! The workers and chef were very friendly. My burger was grilled to perfection and the cheese was cheesin! Lol Plus, they let me sign the wall! ? I’ll be back ??“
“Was here for dinner last night. Our very nice server recommended the Caesar salad w/hanger steak and it was excellent. The Guinness was poured perfectly. My friend enjoyed his French Dip sandwich and he is not easily pleased. There are ample TVs to watch the games and there was a full crowd of patrons and a good vibe.“
“Love this place. They always receive me with a smile. I go there often to get ice cream and blizzards. This week I bought an ice cream cake from them for my birthday and I asked them to make it galaxy theme. I communicated with the cake decorated and it turned out beautifully. Looks amazing and tastes amazing!“
“I love Wilson's because they are one of very few places in the suburbs who make an Impossible cheesesteak. It's always packed so I'm sure the real ones must be good as well. The apps and sides are also very good - clearly homemade.Vegetarian options: I go out of my way for their vegetarian options.“
“The food here is delicious. The service is great, and the other patrons are always friendly. It's hard to find vegan restaurants in our area of the burbs, especially since Blue Sage and Bernies closed. I have also bought some LUHV items at Whole Foods, they carry more at Reading Terminal. Enjoy!“
“This is a really nice breakfast/brunch spot. It's often packed so there may be a wait time and you should plan for once just in case but it's never too noisy for how busy it is. The staff is always lovely. The food matches the price point which isn't always the case on the Main Line. The food is consistently the same and I have found no complaints. I get what I expect every time so I'm always happy here. A small stack of pancakes is more than enough for one person. Trust me! I love getting blueberry banana pancakes with turkey sausage here. Hits the spot every time!Parking: Good luck. Be patient. Parking in the area can be a real pain. Best to go behind the building and try to find some back street parking or park in the lot down a block next to Bella Italia if you can find a spot. There's a garage nearby but I personally don't use it. I just park a couple blocks down the street.Kid-friendliness: A very kid friendly menu!!Wheelchair accessibility: It's a ramp to get into the restaurant so it should be wheelchair accessible at the front door. No stairs. Can drop off at the front door as well.“
“Good all around place. My burger came out quickly and was juicy and tasty. We got the pot stickers and Perogis as an app and they were well cooked and had good flavor. My drinks were pretty good as well. We have live around this spot for years and it has been consistent. Give them a try, they won't disappoint.“
“My husband and I are looking for a lunch spot and decided to try out the “Crafty’s Taproom Warmister”. When we arrived, we realize this place has changed to “Brick House Bar & Grill”. However, I believe they still serve the same menu. So everything is the same except the restaurant name.Very energetic atmosphere. Excellent food! Awesome customer service! We ordered the Crab dip, Brickhouse fries, French dip, Blacken chicken alfredo with linguine instead of penne, and their cocktail Mermaid juice.Everything was delicious but definitely everything is cheesy. ?“
“We went on 4/21/24. It was super busy and packed. I was expecting a long wait for a seat and food. Surprisingly we were seated fairly quickly and since we already knew what we wanted were able to place our food order with the drink order. Our food came fairly quickly and we were pretty much in it. The food was delicious. The fries were the best I've had in a long time. The cheeseburger was typical. Still delicious. My daughter enjoyed the chicken fingers“
“I highly recommend this place... I had the beef jawn and I never had a burger melt in my mouth. I definitely will return to try other menu items. The fries were also good nicely seasoned but not salty at all. The service was great the employees are courteous. And if they tell you that your food will take a half hour please believe when you come back in a half hour your food will be ready. I didn't get a picture of my food because my children were anxious for us to taste it and I forgot to take a picture. But it's definitely worth it.“
“I had a gyro which I enjoyed. There are several types available but I had the gyro with beef. My dining companion had a cheesesteak and enjoyed it. She said that it was not as good as a Philadelphia cheesesteak but for the suburbs it's pretty good. We had lunch at 1 p.m. on a weekday and the table was immediately available. We were not rushed to leave even though they close at 2 p.m.. the food came quickly. The wait staff was attentive.“
“I don’t mind the order kiosk, although I prefer talking to a person. I don’t like trying to get the app to accept the credit for the order, both scan and enter manually did not work. I want to order from the app and also dine-in. That does not seem to be an option.Dietary restrictions: Appreciate the low carb options !“
“I loved the place, I went with my husband to dinner and even though it was very full of people the place the guy who served us was very courteous, the food at this place is very delicious, I ordered a pineapple juice and it was very delicious too .“
“Okay....let me tell you something. The 9pm half price apps are FIRE! IM MOT GUNA LIE, this has to be our go to spot once a week....real talk. Our girl Shona gets it right 9 out of 10 times. The one miss is always due to someone else bringing out our food. Otherwise always on point.“
“If you haven’t tried Umee Dee’s your definitely missing out my food is always good and fresh, me and my Daughter always get the chicken cheesesteak or even thee rolls can’t forget my delicious strawberry ? lemonade and of course the owner has always been a sweet heart to me from day one, Hana I’m so proud of all the hard work what you do and makes your food with ❤️❤️“
“Have come here a lot over the years but last night's experience is the first that warrented a review. Went through the drive thru and I have to say, I have never encountered a friendlier, funnier drive thru attendant like the one who took our order. He was absolutely the happiest guy in he world and I hope that the manager knows how lucky they are to have him. Wish we'd gotten his name, cause he deserves a raise!“
“Are you browsing Google for a spot to eat in East Falls? You will not regret stopping into LeBus! The food is magnificent, flavorful, and creative. Plus, the menu offers plenty of options for vegetarian and vegans. If you enjoy a relaxed artsy vibe, the adorable dining space looks like an art exhibit, plant store, bakery, and restaurant combined! Whenever someone asks me where they should eat in East Falls, LeBus is one of my top 3.“
“My GF refuses to go to any other Applebee's but here. Been here countless times, the food is always delicious and the service is great and consistent. The wait time sometimes sucks but on a positive note, that just means others like us want to be there as well for the food and service“
“Was pleasantly surprised at the great service and atmosphere. The food is great on all level and great selection of wing sauces that rivals the big chains. Fries are excellent. This is differently working checking out as there is something for everyone who are not wing lover.“
“The Burger Bar is located in the back part of the same building that houses Gallo's Restaurant. There is a separate entrance in the back and there is access to the seafood restaurant from inside the burger bar. I stopped in for a lunch with a coworker and beat the crowd, so we had our choice of seating. The small patio facing the parking lot seemed nice and private, there is also table and bar seating. The server was very nice and kept tabs on us. He highly recommended the Smokehouse Burger - Smoked, Bacon, Crispy Onion Strings, House Barbecue Sauce and Cheddar at $15. I believe he mentioned they are 8 oz. burgers and the menu states they are "fresh house ground certified angus chuck, hand pressed" and are served with a side of sea spuds (house fries seasoned with old bay). The tap list featured around a dozen different beers. They had a couple of craft handles. The wait was brutal. 30 minutes to get two burgers out was beyond annoying. I'm not sure what the staffing situation was, but the bar was almost empty and the restaurant was about a quarter full. (you walk by the seafood restaurant if you make a pit stop to the bathroom). When the burgers arrived they were pretty darn tasty. The flavors went well together and the burger itself was cooked to my liking. Juicy but not greasy drippy meat, decent bun, legit crispy onion strings (the store bought ones repeat on me these did not!) and tasty bacon. The bun and toppings held together well and didn't slide around. The waffle fries aka sea spuds were ok, seasoned well and the cheese sauce was a great companion to them. Overall, I'd return hoping that the wait we encountered was an anomaly. The server was very apologetic. In this area of Philly I'm not sure you'll find a much better burger!“
“The steak was awesome Seafood hoagie. I’m sorry I don’t remember what he called it the damn thing or something like that. I really enjoyed it. The gentleman who made the sandwich was really nice and personable. Their credit card machine wasn’t working I only had a $20 bill and he let me go for the three dollars. He says he’s about community and I believe that he’s been there for quite some time I will be going backand I would recommend it“
“Flip City Shakes is a refreshing standout in the world of shakes and desserts. This vibrant spot impresses with its unique blend of classic and innovative shakes, each bursting with flavor and creativity. The ambiance is lively and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat. The menu also features a variety of other delicious options, ensuring there’s something for every taste. What truly sets Flip City Shakes apart is their commitment to quality ingredients and delightful presentations. The staff is friendly and quick to serve, making each visit a pleasant experience. A must-visit for shake lovers and dessert enthusiasts alike!“
“Very yummy and fresh. As you can see in the pic of the burger, I bit it already so you can see the lettuce, mayo, tomatoes and onion are crunchy fresh! Love their buns too they have a slight buttery texture to them, but you have to eat them while they’re still hot! Coleslaw is good too. Also I did get with my order of chicken tenders(5)a bowl of potatoes and gravy, and a biscuit, it was all very good food. Love that the mashed potatoes were not that nasty box stuff you get from other places, I can see a couple of micro potato skins in there so I know they made it from scratch! I would suggest however that if you hop by this place do remind them to get you some condiments and napkins. Very good food for the price.“
“I stopped ordering from this place years ago because the food was not good. I decided to give it a try yesterday, and it was great! The pizza was delicious, one of the best around. I'm guessing it's under new management. I'm so excited to have a good pizza place nearby. Thank you, and keep up the good work!“
“Alhamdulillah the food was so good I ordered a spicy six piece with mashed potatoes instead of fries and it was delicious. The establishment was very clean and the guy behind the counter was very friendly. I will definitely be ordering again.“
“My go to place for buying desi groceries. Their singara and fried chicken are the best. Sometimes you can find Elachi Lebu which has very nice smell. I think every Thursday they bring fresh beef. Organic Bangladeshi silantro is also available.“
“Tremendous atmosphere that's equal parts festive and lively. The staff is attentive from arrival to departure and the food is fresh, prepared diligently and quite tasty. The bar has a solid selection of beers and the libations are spirited.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.“
