Hand cut hot crispy fries, deliciously seasoned burgers on HOME MADE buttery pillow soft buns, and delicious milk shakes. Couldn’t get any better. Friendly staff, excellent fast service, clean dining room.“

“Having busied myself around my apartment I didn't feel like spending time preparing breakfast. Visited the restaurant and was pleased with the ample parking, the numerous seating capacity, the speed of service and the courtesy extended to me and a couple other customers. I was so comfortable that I decided to dine in. A pleasant experience!“

“My family thoroughly enjoyed our meal. However, it was concerning that they ran out of mashed potatoes. Another area of concern is that we enjoy scrapple with our breakfast dishes but you no longer offer it. It should be brought back.
The staff working tonight, the only staff, was courteous, friendly and kept us informed of what was going on with our order. He was seating guests, waiting on tables, preparing the food and washing the dishes. He is to be commended for his service.“

“We’re visiting from Indiana and decided to stop at Bab’s Chicken in Audubon and wow, we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I ordered the Bab’s fries and they were fire.🔥 The gentleman running the register tonight was so sweet, kind, and attentive — just an all-around great person. I didn’t catch his name, but my whole family commented on how wonderful he was. You can really tell this place cares about their customers. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area! 👏“

“I wasn’t greatly impressed. I liked that you could get half & half o-rings & fries. They also had a good strawberry 🍓 limeade. Honestly the sides & drink were better than the burger. It didn’t really taste char-grilled, as advertised. The service was friendly & accommodating. Seating options included tables, booths, & high tops. .“

“The employees were super friendly! The food choices have many options and it seems to mainly be made right there in the restaurant. The perogies weren’t just bought from a warehouse & they were really good! This place has more than wings! I’m regretting not getting more cheesesteak eggrolls because they were so good too. I also got a smoothie (even tho it’s 10 degrees out, I still had to try) and it was great! They must use real fruit because it’s not extra sweet or artificial whatsoever but still worth it!! The building is small with only 2- 4 seat table and a small one with 2 seats. I’m assuming not many people eat here & it’s mainly a take-out restaurant. Regardless, definitely worth trying! Everything was really good 👌🏻 Will eat here again!!! 🫶🏻“

“We come to this Applebees often. The reason we come here is the staff and the atmosphere. We feel welcomed and comfortable. We have been served by Jason, Teressa, Joe and they are all wonderful. Tonight we sat with Davin. Davin provided excellent service and ensured we had everything we needed. I also want to give a shoutout to the management team at this location. We have met Mariam and Amy. They both always stop by and check in on us. Not only that, but they spend time talking to us. It makes us feel like they are happy we are there. This location is by far the best Applebees we have been at. Kudos to the management team for creating an environment where the staff excels and creates an experience.“

“I used to go here once every month or two when I used to live next to Keswick Theatre. They make some of the best burgers I've ever had. The burgers taste fresh, and I felt that they used quality ingredients. I've tried their tacos, and the tacos are great, too!“

However, the gentleman who handles the service is always in a bad mood; he constantly looks at his phone and leaves you waiting—especially if he sees that you are Hispanic, in which case you just get left hanging. His service is poor. Go with plenty of patience, and try to let the cook know that you are there to pick up your food, because the other guy won't budge from his chair. There is absolutely no empathy or good customer service—and this happens at night.“

“We went to dinner for the first time on Saturday with friends. Everything was great. Friendly and pleasant atmosphere, our server Joe was excellent. The food was delicious from the appetizers down to dessert. We will definitely be back!“

Even though it was later in the evening they went above and beyond and made our girls feel like the champions they were. “This place used to be my favorite but it’s gone down since I first started coming at least ten years ago. It took us almost 20 mins to get cashed out and even longer to get a drink from the bar. They didn’t have wings the last time I went and the back bar was closed. They need a Philly School District Calendar to add extra staff when there will be an early dismissal“

On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!!
