“The food is exquisite, and the cook is brilliant and very polite. However, the gentleman who handles the service is always in a bad mood; he constantly looks at his phone and leaves you waiting—especially if he sees that you are Hispanic, in which case you just get left hanging. His service is poor. Go with plenty of patience, and try to let the cook know that you are there to pick up your food, because the other guy won't budge from his chair. There is absolutely no empathy or good customer service—and this happens at night.“

“Place was outstanding- even though we showed up an hour before closing time we were treated with respect and courtesy by our server diamond! She was excellent (give this women a raise Applebees she’s a valuable asset) food and speed was absolutely outstanding! Never felt rushed and kept the food coming along with the check all in the appropriate fashion! Overall this Applebees ranks in my top 3 all time for their Food (SUPERB) their Waitress diamond (also SUPERB) and the well kept overall appearance of the store! 5 star experience and recommend anyone going to Applebees go after 9pm as the appetizers are all half price and Just everything you expect lol - ty for a outstanding experience Applebees 5 star establishment 💯“

“Normally I like Wendy's, which is why I'm generically recommending it. But tonight, I'm not recommending Wendy's on Trooper Road, Norristown, PA because they messed up my order and the line was too long to go back and do anything about it. We did drive thru, husband ordered a single, no mayo, and then I ordered a single, no cheese or pickle. I specifically asked if they could make one with no cheese and she said yes. I paid and drove into the lot to eat it while it's hot. Hubby says, Mine will be the one with no cheese. Open the first one--it has a layer of orange rubber (I e. cheese), so I hand it to him. Open the second one--even slimier layer of orange. UGH!! So now I have to scrape off the cheese with my fingers (hubby was happy to get it) and the 3 cold wet pickles that were juicing up the roll. I asked him to say grace for us, because I didn't want to lie to God and act thankful for what I was about to eat. Yes, this is a First World complaint, many are starving, but when you specifically ask for something NOT to be added because you don't like how it tastes, is very frustrating to see those things in your meal. Done ranting now.“
