Normally I like Wendy's, which is why I'm generically recommending it. But tonight, I'm not recommending Wendy's on Trooper Road, Norristown, PA because they messed up my order and the line was too long to go back and do anything about it. We did drive thru, husband ordered a single, no mayo, and then I ordered a single, no cheese or pickle. I specifically asked if they could make one with no cheese and she said yes. Always good and solid!
The general managers who are both sisters are awesome they really care about every single order and guests. The Restaurant is bright and always clean. I would definitely recommend this location

Wendy's offers a $6 biggie bag with tasty seasoned chicken nuggets and delicious fries. The crispy chicken sandwich is also good and filling. Unfortunately, the dining room is in disrepair with wobbly tables, missing signage, and non-functional soda machines. Despite these issues, the fast service for ordering the Breakfast Baconator combo on Veterans Day was appreciated, and Wendy's generosity and support for Veterans is commendable. However, customer interactions can vary; some have noted a sarcastic attitude from staff and complications with orders, like receiving a burger that wasn't plain as requested. On a positive note, one cashier showed rare courtesy by covering the balance when a customer accidentally underpaid. Unfortunately, the presence of a loud employee during the visit detracted from the experience, as her constant talking made it hard to enjoy the meal.
