Mising 1 extra sour cream, when i got home i noticed baked potatoe is mashed up as if it were stepped on, and has dark spots (potential mold??? See photos) also i was there an hour and half before closing and they had no vanilla frosty! Saving these photos in case i end up in the emergency room and definitely not worth going back.
Easy online order and pickup for the food. They didn't miss anything I ordered online unlike some other Wendy's I go to.
I wanted to come by and give a review based on the customer service I received from the manager, Hailey. I am a regular here at Wendy’s. Every time I go and she’s there, she brings so much joy and makes me (as a customer) feel good. Thanks for your outstanding spirit.
