“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “First time going here. We went for happy hour and we were the only ones at the bar on a Wednesday. Our bartender Joe was very friendly and made delicious martinis. I ordered the Bab’s fries and they were fire.🔥 The gentleman running the register tonight was so sweet, kind, and attentive — just an all-around great person. “Went to this restaurant for the first time. The decor was so comfortable like sitting in a cozy living room. Lighting was perfect! We had the plank salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I never tasted broccoli so delicious, don't know how it was cooked but it was also outstanding. It was DELICIOUS!! Our waiter Ryan was great! We will be back!“

“We come to this Applebees often. The reason we come here is the staff and the atmosphere. We feel welcomed and comfortable. We have been served by Jason, Teressa, Joe and they are all wonderful. Tonight we sat with Davin. Davin provided excellent service and ensured we had everything we needed. I also want to give a shoutout to the management team at this location. We have met Mariam and Amy. They both always stop by and check in on us. Not only that, but they spend time talking to us. It makes us feel like they are happy we are there. However, the gentleman who handles the service is always in a bad mood; he constantly looks at his phone and leaves you waiting—especially if he sees that you are Hispanic, in which case you just get left hanging. His service is poor. Go with plenty of patience, and try to let the cook know that you are there to pick up your food, because the other guy won't budge from his chair. There is absolutely no empathy or good customer service—and this happens at night.“

I had a crisp bush light apple which just fits the atmosphere of the apple house. The food was good, about what you’d expect from Applebees and their prices. “Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

“Typically, Dairy Queen establishments with indoor seating aren’t are run down and serve lower quality ice cream than purely outdoor ones. Not sure why, but that’s I’ve experienced over the years.

This location, however, is very nice. Thanks to this DQ, I don’t have to spend the colder months craving a blizzard and can try all of the seasonal flavors. The ice cream is consistently good; I go here almost every week, and they never once skimped or served ice cream that wasn’t fresh. The seating area is clean and well maintained.“

“I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. The food is extremely hot and fresh, the fries are always perfectly salted and fresh, and the staff were really nice to us as we ordered and picked up our food. We had no complaints at all, it was a really solid time and we both said we wished this was our local Wendy's!“
