“The staff and the manager are outstanding. I love going in there. Everyone is so friendly. However, please be careful when it’s wet outside. The floors are horribly slippery. I witnessed an old gentleman just barely not slip and fall. I have slipped myself a few times, but never fallen. That’s the only negative of the place well run well managed wonderful people.“

We have met Mariam and Amy. They both always stop by and check in on us. Not only that, but they spend time talking to us. It makes us feel like they are happy we are there. “Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

“I stopped in to get a meal on 10/21/25 around 5:30-6 pm and I was served the most perfect burger I’d ever seen from a fast food restaurant. I looked like a commercial burger on tv. Whoever worked that day in the kitchen deserves a raise immediately. I hope whoever made it sees this 👍“

“I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. The food is extremely hot and fresh, the fries are always perfectly salted and fresh, and the staff were really nice to us as we ordered and picked up our food. We had no complaints at all, it was a really solid time and we both said we wished this was our local Wendy's!“

“I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

“Ordered delivery and didn't have the food we wanted so we asked for a substitute. When delivered we were still missing food and when we contacted them they asked for us to pick up our food when we were not near and specifically ordered delivery. we were also not offered a refund or anything. Thankfully slice refunded us after contacting them. Our delivered item of chicken Parm was hard to cut into and was uncooked chicken which was disgusting and we ended up throwing it out.“
