we are known as a customer service auditor but first let me give my unofficial review of the food.
these burgers are by far the best i ever had and I absolutely love burgers and pizza.
as for the service I could tell on their grand opening day they were exhausted from all the community support but they still gave great service.

Cousins’s Berger is one the fastest growing franchise in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California. There Beef Burgers are super tasty made with 100% Halal Meat. Quality of ingredients is very well maintained and friendly service. In less than two years they have opened up more than five spots in Philadelphia and Suburbs Area. One of the Best place for hang out with family and friends. Love this place.

As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious.
