As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking on the parking lot in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn’t get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot.“

“I think I died and went to heaven and the guardian angel that protected me my whole life was Drew. The food was piping hotter than hot potato and my Dr. Pepper was more crisp than a winter wonderland. In all seriousness this was the best trip I've ever been on to chickfila in my life (I've been here more times than I can count). Everyone was great, but one stood out. Drew probably came to my table 6 times, just to make sure every last item got to my table, his calm domenor was reassuring and I couldnt say thank you enough times. As we were getting up from the table he comes up and asks about refills, we said of course and he takes 3 of our cups and goes off to refill, he comes back and give our exact cups back to us. Ik thats the standard but he took 3 cups and memorized which one belonged to us, I thought for a moment he was superman, but superman doesnt have the muscles that drew did. His dedication to his job was admirable, he wasnt annoying, he wasnt over the top, he was just Drew. Wherever you are Drew, I will be indebted to you forever for this perfect service. “I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

“Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

“I've been to the Five Guys in King of Prussia plenty of times, and I was there again last weekend. Same story every visit: the food hits the spot and the staff actually pays attention. Burgers come out hot, seasoned right, and made how you asked. Fries are always fresh and they pack the bag.

What I appreciate most is how steady they are. Even when they’re slammed, and the KoP Mall gets slammed, they keep things moving and still get the order right. The place is clean, the crew works well together, and it’s one of those spots where you know exactly what you’re getting every time.

“went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Oaks or Phoenixville store on Egypt Road. Patricia from Drexel Hill waited on us. She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. I must say that Patricia was a wonderful spokesperson for the chain and is very good at her job. I like to give credit where credit is due, and she made our first(but not last) visit to Jersey Mike's extremely enjoyable.“

“When we are in California, we are regular to Blaze pizza which has unlimited toppings. Recently moved to KOP and looked for the same stores but no luck. After few days, heard about MOD pizza from a friend and went for a quick byte in an afternoon. Store is clean and they also had unlimited topping pizza. We tried their thin crust and it’s good. Now it’s our regular store if we have hunger for pizza“

“I live in the middle of 2 McDonald’s restaurants and I will choose this one 100% of the time. My food and fries are always fresh and hot and my order is always correct. The thing that sets this McDonald’s apart from others is the amazing service that I get every single time I go.
