If you ever order your food online, this is Inside the KOP Mall. Park in the garage, walk through the Shoe Department, and it is the first food court to the right, they are in the back.
I was in the mall today with my family and my daughter threw up in the food court across from 5 Guts. I went to find a custodian and while I was gone one of the guys, maybe the manager, came out right away and cleaned it up for my wife. Super nice guy, acted like it was no big deal and really made everyone feel better. Thank you so much sir!

The staff is extremely friendly, very hardworking, the price is a little high but it’s an an expensive mall so that’s expected. The cheeseburgers were delicious. The problem is their fries. This location probably puts no less than triple the amount of Cajun seasoning on their fries than any other 5 guys location. They weren’t even enjoyable. Other than that, this place is great.
