I had avoided KOP Five Guys for a while due to a few bad experiences a few years ago... not anymore. Not sure what changed, but the food, the service, and the cleanliness of this Five Guys was amazing and so refreshing to see.Great team here!!

I come here mostly everyday to eat lunch. I so loved the employees their kind, caring, compassionate, I'm very respectful people. These people always have respect for me I just love it. Every time I go here to eat lunch they fix my burger perfectly and they put on extra lettuce add tomatoes on the side. I give five guys employees are 10 +.Parking: It's always Park in there I never have no trouble

The staff is extremely friendly, very hardworking, the price is a little high but it’s an an expensive mall so that’s expected. The cheeseburgers were delicious. The problem is their fries. This location probably puts no less than triple the amount of Cajun seasoning on their fries than any other 5 guys location. They weren’t even enjoyable. Other than that, this place is great.

Not only does Five Guys keep raising their prices to the point of absurdity, their employees are rude and couldn't care less about your experience. I grew up in Northern Virginia and remember the original Five Guys in Arlington. I guess the owners got greedy and forgot about the value in customer service. The woman who took my order acted like she was doing my a favor - in between her chats with the other employees.

I ordered a salted caramel milkshake and loved it! It’s perfectly thick, great taste of caramel and it has tiny salt grains! It might be too salty for some! But I loved it.

I was in the mall today with my family and my daughter threw up in the food court across from 5 Guts. I went to find a custodian and while I was gone one of the guys, maybe the manager, came out right away and cleaned it up for my wife. Super nice guy, acted like it was no big deal and really made everyone feel better. Thank you so much sir!
