My wife and I enjoy Chick Fil A food and frequent their restaurants however we cannot recommend going to this one. We have had issues with orders not being made correctly and when we report the concerns, we have the issues rectified as expected. Now we have been told that they will no longer refund the purchase price of the incorrectly made items because we have reported incorrectly made orders too frequently.

I was in the drive thru today ordering the same thing I order at least 3-4 times a week…diet strawberry lemonade. I got my order and realized they forget the strawberry. The line was ridiculous, so I walked in. I explained to the register attendant and he said they would remake it…All of a sudden a VERY rude woman sitting at a table with the staff yells to me in line that they do not do strawberry lemonade. The staff is always so courteous. A special shout out to Max, who took great care of us tonight. His friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service made for a great experience!
