The manager went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and suggested dishes that were absolutely delicious. Had a great personality and really took care of us. “We use this location for an annual conference held by a local Safety organization. It’s located in a nice area of town. There was ample parking in multiple areas on site. The hotel lobby area is nice late out. Well upon entering the building the staff greeted you the meeting spaces that we utilize all worked well for our group. We used the main event space on the first floor and we also used breakout rooms /meeting rooms on the second and third floor. The food that was provided was good and there were abundant amounts for breakfast, lunch and snacks in the afternoon. All of the hotel staff that I had the privilege of engaging with were cordial and helpful.“

“Not a usual review writer, but saw the 3.9 and thought it was criminal for how high quality the food is here. Yes, I'm sure there are lapses in customer service. The business is run by an elderly couple who clearly enjoy their work even though they might not be a good as they were 30 years ago. But they're kind and take pride in the business. This is the closest you'll get to the quality of NYC chinese food in the area, though Lucky Star in Roxborough is a go to favorite as well.“

“Hi my name is taila I had a sever name Tanya it makes me upset that was her last time working there I came in one night with my family of 12 and I never met anyone as talented and smart and exciting as her the other server are great but she is different she kept us busy and occupied while the food was being made she made my mom feel special bc she had Brain cancer and Tanya made her feel really welcome and that everything would be okay.
