His knowledge and passion for the food is exceptional. He certainly made the experience one to remember. The Dorade was amazing, the skirt steak also incredible. The brown sugar ice cream is 10/10. Not a single thing hit our table that we weren’t 100% impressed with. The after dinner drink he suggested was perfect. Monte negro or something I can’t remember but it’s wonderful. He will take care of you.“

The lunch special is a fantastic value and includes soup and a spring roll. We chose the miso soup, which we agreed is the most flavorful we've ever had. The staff are friendly and really helpful, and the food came out really fast - truly cooked to order. And, as if that weren't enough, the prices are incredibly reasonable. 10/10. I’ve tried a few places that just didn’t hit the mark—but AL SHAM in Chalfont is a straight 10/10!! They serve real Arabic bread (pita)—not tortillas disguised as pita like you find at other places—and their homemade Lebanese toum (garlic aioli) is the real deal. One bite of their falafel wrap instantly transported me to a boardwalk in Lebanon, overlooking the Mediterranean—complete with fresh bread, Lebanese pickles, and those perfect pickled turnips. “We have found our new favorite spot! Sat outside in CHBC’s fantastic beer garden on a beautiful Saturday early evening. The Biergarten was spacious and had a great vibe and very friendly servers. Don’t forget to bring your canine best friend to this dog friendly spot. While we didn't bring a dog of our own, we loved interacting with everyone else's four-legged friends.

The food, service, and drink selection are all impressive and on point. As someone who only consumes plant-based meals, I was thrilled to find so many amazing vegan options on the menu. The vegan cheesesteak, falafel burger, and chickpea tinga nachos are all delicious and highly recommended, but they also have equally delicious options for carnivores that looked really good.
