“About a month ago I was at an outdoor event by WHS boys lacrosse. The place was full of adults and teens and very hectic. All the food and drinks that we ordered were handled quickly and perfectly. The assigned staff of Jessenia, Skyler, and Megan took care of us and all patrons with ease and professionalism, never showing a sign of stress. You are in good hands when they are on the clock. If you are thinking of having an event there, ask for this crew of bartenders.“

“We have eaten at The Phil’s Tavern for over 30 years. The food is great. However, this past weekend, we went to get the prime rib (only served on Friday and Saturday). Unfortunately, it was not good. The garlic overpowered the beef flavor. The meat was ordered medium rare, but it came well-done. Should have sent it back, but since we were with other people, didn’t want to delay the meal.“

“Being frequent customers at the East End Tavern and always enjoying their food, we inquired if they would be available to cater a 50 guest family celebration at our home. I met with their manager Sam one morning and she very kindly and efficiently assisted me in choosing all our food selections, giving suggestions and portion sizes that would help us have a successful event. An hour before the party, Sam and Scott arrived at our home and showing great teamwork, they both proceeded to take care of every detail of the setup. The layout was perfect for an efficient kitchen flow. Everyone kept commenting how delicious everything was and all wanted to know who catered the food. There is no doubt that the East End Tavern definitely contributed to the amazing time that was had by all. Nothing less than a five star service.“

“Your food is delicious and the place is really cool and chill it’s clean and it has a lot of good vibe. But the best thing about it in my opinion is the service two of the waiters were super nice and one they were both ultra pretty so I know this may not be possible but I’d like to meet with one of them if it’s possible.“

“Great craft beer menu. We ordered a few appetizers: plain nachos (large plate; very cheesy & delicious), margarita pizza and fried pickles (both were very good). Bartenders were very attentive. It’s a converted bank so you can still see the vault which is a cool feature. Highly recommend.“

“Was here for dinner last night. Our very nice server recommended the Caesar salad w/hanger steak and it was excellent. The Guinness was poured perfectly. My friend enjoyed his French Dip sandwich and he is not easily pleased. There are ample TVs to watch the games and there was a full crowd of patrons and a good vibe.“

“Went for our first visit. The service was absolutely outstanding! Kim was our server and she was attentive without hovering. As other servers walked by our table they'd ask us if we needed anything or clear empty plates. Clearly the sign of excellent training and great people! The poutine was among the best I've ever had. Tried different sauces on the wings and all were great (mild, parmesan garlic, bbq and hot honey.) Pliny the Elder was on tap which was a treat. We will be back as NBI will now be on our regular rotation.“

“We love eating here for brunch on Sundays. Food is great, service is awesome.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are 9 and 7 and like coming here. They usually play their switches while waiting for food, but the staff is very nice to them and they always felt welcomed.“

“Despite being a little run-down, the Mermaid is understandably well-loved for its historic building retaining much of its architectural detail & charm. The colonial era inn claims the finely-detailed rich brown wood bar is original.We visited for the first time to see the final performance of the fantastic groove-band the Sacred Cowboys. Great band & fans! Large, supportive crowd!We didn't eat, but the bar staff was efficient & friendly.“

“On Saturday 5-4-2024, my sister & I had our dinner at the Horsham location. This was our 1st time there. Our server, Jenna, was delightful & courteous to us. We were extremely happy with our meals. I had a PJ Burger which was so delicious—the burger was prepared as I requested, the roll was very nice, and the bacon was cooked thoroughly, which is the only way I can eat it. My sister, however, ordered the Cobb Salad—when Jenna placed it on the table, we both were in awe. It was prepared so beautifully and big. Every part of it was fresh and cut small for easy eating. Later she thought, oh I should have taken a photo. On another subject, we want to say that it was finally pleasant to be in a pub that wasn’t breaking our eardrums with the music. Thank you. We have visited two other pub establishments in the area, but we will be returning to PJsPub. Marianne and Margaret.Parking: Big, easy parking lot with no hindrances (easy to maneuver).“

“I am the traveler. Unfortunately this place only takes cash, it looks like a nice little neighbourhood bar. But since I travel I don’t carry cash. I gave five stars because they already poured me a beer and did not charge me because I don’t carry cash. Very friendly. Place wish I could have tasted the food. Thank you for the beer.“

“Haven’t been here for at least 40 years. It showed as a young man I coached in Little League was now the bartender and has several kids of his own learning to play baseball. Although a limited menu, everything was hot, tasty and very reasonably priced. Definitely won’t wait as long to go back.“

“Stopped it on game day to watch the EAGLES and catch a late lunch. The place was not crowded had a few locals. Bob the owner was great. He was working by himself but you wouldn't know it. Food was out fresh hot and surprisingly fast as well. If you enjoy good wings, let me tell you, get 'em. They were done perfectly and the Buffalo Garlic sauce, "Off The Chain". My son loved his honey BBQ wings as well. If your looking for a sports bar feel with family seating as well this place is a great choice.“

“The bartender was really nice, we ordered the pretzel with the cheese sauce ( I think the sauce could be better but it worked out), a cheese pizza, the chicken Philly cheese steak and the spicy chicken sandwich. everything was good and to our liking. We enjoyed the environment, the food and the people taking care of us. I will definitely be back during our next visit to Philadelphia.“

“It’s our neighborhood bar and we go at least once a week for chicken cheesesteaks which are super good there. The taps rotate often and it’s a nice selection. There’s a LOT of space but it still fills up on big game nights and such so you have to go early. If you have kids there’s plenty of dining room away from the bars. There’s two bars we usually sit at the front one.“

“We only visited for drinks and dessert but Jillian S was fantastic — awesome recommendations for dessert. There were some REALLY entitled, rude patrons next to us at the bar and she handled them with the patience of a saint. We’ll definitely be back !“
