“A great family run business. The pub seems to be clean and well maintained. A great selection of beer with some rare beer options. The food was surprisingly good with huge portion sizes and decently priced. Staff was friendly and attentive. A great place for food and/or drinks“
“We love Steam Pub. Thank you so much to Chris for making things right with our order we had from takeout. We thought things were missing and Chris went above and beyond to fix it. It turned out that it was our mistake and when we went back to give back the gift card and wine he had given us he would not take it back. We go to Steam almost weekly and this kindness and amazing customer service guarantees we will continue to be loyal customers. Our sincerest apologies to all who prepped our order correctly. “We've heard about them and I think I've seen their billboard several times whenever I drive through. We were in the area and figured it's a good time to give them a shot.They have some really really good wings! I got just dry wings cuz I wanted to try more than just 1 flavor, so I got the mango habanero and their sauce of the month (slipped my mind unfortunately, maybe called Kapow?). So, if you want to try more than 1 flavor I suggest doing what the server suggested and getting dry wings with sauces on the side. My fiance got all teriyaki flaked wings. We also got the corned beef egg rolls, these came out hot and fresh, really good too.They have a pretty large drink selection from what I seen on their online menu. I got a sour so they get bonus points from me cuz you can't always get a good sour.Also, the staff were friendly and helpful.The music playing I also enjoyed as it sounded like a variety of music from what I recall. The music was also not so loud you couldn't hear each other talk.“
“We went last night for Taco Tuesday and ordered a few options to share. We ordered the beef empanadas - amazing! Full of flavor and nice crisp, served with pico de gallon and a chipotle sour cream drizzle. The birria tacos - perfect. Beef was great and tacos had a lot of meat. We requested no onions and cilantro and we loved them! Chicken and cheese quesadilla - so good. Packed with meat and cheese and plenty of fixings on the side. Ordered a 50 oz margaritas and it was great and packed with lots of tequila and fruit garnish.“

“Overall good service, food was good and the bartender named Joe was great but I went there to watch the Duke game and none of the TVs had it on. That seemed weird to me. Maybe the owner should invest in more TVs and ensure the Duke game is on.“

“I'm a sucker for Dives lol. Higher-end bars, city rooftops and lounges all have their place, but so do local dive bars lol. Calm casual atmosphere, not smoky or anything inside. Plenty of pool tables and keno that locals play. I got breakfast. Eggs were great, and toast was perfect. Very reasonably priced. People weren't used to newbies coming in but were very friendly. It's a good place to try out if hiking the Canal Path!“
“The place does not look like much from the outside, the inside is the a cozy dive bar. Awesome super friendly staff kept our drinks and bellies full. The bar is big and had locals and regulars. They were friendly as well. There are a few high top tables and some seating in a small dining room. The food was surprisingly good. The steamers were in a delicious light garlic sauce. They had a chili special the day we went. The chili was hearty and good. The tony sandwich was great. The roll was super soft but not mushy soft. The taverna pasta was huge. Pasta with chicken,shrimp, scallops and crab in a blush sauce. They have live bands and karaoke and trivia on certain nights. Will definitely return for some of the other menu items that seemed good.“

“Stopped in after not being in the neighborhood for many years. This place is still one of , if not the best, local spots to catch a game or have a beer. Tons of TV's, huge bar, ample dining area, and clean bathrooms. I was here pretty early afternoon on a Friday, so not very busy, but the staff was busy prepping for the weekend. I watched them wipe down nearly every surface. Very clean, fresh, nice atmosphere.“

“We ordered in tonight, thought we'd try a different place and have some quesedillas. I've heard and seen Union Tap mentioned a lot, haven't tried them before. Hate those stupid cliches, a hidden gem, etc, so ill just come right out and say these were the absolute best quesedillas we've ever had, yes, for real. Plenty of food, chicken was delicious, it had caramelized onions, roasted peppers, the chicken was $3.50 extra. At $12.50 per/quesedilla, it was well worth it. Have lunch for tomorrow too! We definitely WILL order from and eat there again!“

“Never disappointed here. Ahi and calamari are fantastic. Awesome outside eating area.UPDATE: They never really seemed to recover from covid. They close so super early that you have to find someplace else in town. Their kitchen never seems to be open past 9:00 and on sundays, including St. Patrick's day, they closed at 7:45. I really hope they do well but if any place else opens in town they are finished.“

“Located in Feasterville in Brownsville. Just stopped in for a beer before going to dinner down the street. Nice old time feel bar with plenty of televisions. It's a smoking bar which doesn't bother me but posting so others are aware. I can see it being a stop in place for a beer or a bite to eat next time.
