“Rebranded and changed from Sticky Wicket so some photos are old, but I like how close it is to home. Classic blue collar bar with live music and average frozen drinks. I wouldn't recommend those. The food was real good tho. I would just be wary about seating with how loud the bar and speakers are. “This is a lovely place that I have been to twice in the last month. I discovered it before a Grounds for Sculpture trip. The mofongo and trifongo are both delicious with pernil. We also got the quesadillas, rice, beans, and one of the platters. The platter had rice, beans, a fried egg, chicken, and avocado, and was delicious! The coconut mojito was also very tasty. I would highly recommend this place.“
“So this is a hard review for me, I live very close (currently). Their wings are phenomenal for the price and the kitchen is open till 10pm. I came in at 9:30 after a late night and the wings were just as good. Wings 5 stars, the rest is 3.5 stars. Atmosphere is not for everyone but a good time and the regulars are very nice. Free shuffle board and a few bucks for pool. It is definitely worth trying on a Wednesday or a late Friday or Saturday night as they are open late and know how to party. I’ve come on quiet Sundays and middle of the week, all was well there too. It’s a solid 4 stars overall and that is a brutal review for a place I truly love. **edit** alcohol is relatively cheap. They have adapted to the neighborhood norms and they have good items on tap as well as in the kitchen that is accommodating TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. So, if you want to find a place that serves truffled cheese under glas with pierdziu sauce, THIS is not a place, even IF you want to SAVE MONEY. I lived in Mercer all my life.
