“Found a little gem on my way up north. Great customer service and great prices. The atmosphere was a mixed crowd from young and an older crowd. The place had many activities for their customers. The people in general (customers and workers) are very welcoming and friendly. There’s parking in the back and street parking is not so bad in the area.“

From the second we sat down, she was attentive and also had us laughing the whole time! I would definitely recommend trying 22 west if you haven’t yet. You won’t be sorry!“
“Went after seeing great reviews. It's a little house on the corner of a residential area, so street parking mostly and kinda inconvenient. Ambiance is great and cozy. Service is friendly and prompt. Food is a bit expensive for a bar, but the quality is nice. Wings were great without sauces, perfectly fried and juicy. But, lemon pepper rub was too salty and garlic Parm barely has any taste. Burger was a bit undercooked so I had to send it back the first time. 6 wings for $14, a burger and fries also for $16. Not ideal for frequent hangout.“

“This review is mainly about the bar and entertainment at Rocky's Bar and Grill. Since I have never eaten there (yet) I am not rating the food. First, with so many local bars having entertainment closing/closed since covid, I'm greatful for those surviving and some thriving providing musical entertainment whether it be karaoke, DJ or live music to its patrons. Been going to Rockys, which is about 25 miles away for me for years on occasion primarily to see classic and hard rock bands, mostly cover bands perform. There is ampke room between the band and patrons if they decide to dance and seating surrounding the open floor area. People attending all seem to be there to have a good time and have never seen any issues. The bar is not fancy and that's alright with me. They have a back area outside with tables for sitting, drinking, private conversation, smoking, etc. which works for me. There is a parking lot behind the bar and usually fills quickly when a band is playingweekend nights. The staff are attentive, hustle to serve everyone and are generally friendly. Drink prices are reasonable and pour seems standard for (my) mixed drinks. The bar reminds me a little bit like Moby's in Woodbridge but with more room to see/enjoy the band. If you're into live music I would recommend going to Rockys to see some of the local bands. Saw both Kathouse and Stereo Circus bands there and loved them both. Love a place that supports live music. Will be back!!“

“Great place, great food, and awesome tall beers. Only improvement would be to please pay attention to what you have on your many nice TV’s. You should always have live local NYC sports on. I was just there and most of the TV’s had a 4 year old football game on!!! Meanwhile there was a Stadium Series Rangers game on and a Knicks game on after that. But besides that I love the place.“

“I had to come here and give an excellent review. This is the first time I ordered at this restaurant through Uber Eats. Well, let me tell you how great the portions were. I have enough for lunch tomorrow. The food was delicious. I ordered the bistec encebollado, rice and beans and maduros. For those who know me, they know I'm hard to please. But baaaaby, if I say it was the bomb, it was the BOMB!! I added a note that if the maduros weren't sweet, I don't want them. Well, they were perfection!! Thank you for cooking the steak as I asked. I will definitely order from them and let all my family and friends know about this place. Thank you once again! I devoured the food.“

“The food was great and it was convenient to eat in the hotel. I got the crab burger with sweet potato fries and a side of asparagus and it was all fantastic. The service is a bit slow but it's a small restaurant and it doesn't get too busy so the bar tender also has to serve at the restaurant. If you're in a rush just tell them and they'll be quick. I also had breakfast here and did the breakfast buffet the first day which I felt wasn't really worth it and the second day I ordered and it did not take too long to come out at all. In the meanwhile I got coffee quickly at Starbucks. I had eggs and potatoes with toast and it was all great.“
