Each wonton is loaded with shrimp and seasoned well. Restaurant is nothing fancy, but service and food are excellent. I will definitely go back.“

“I love this lil hole in the wall for my mini hot pot. I always order the spicy beef Szechuan and pair it with their homemade signature lemonade. Everyone I bring here loves it too. “I had a pretty quick experience from ordering to getting my food; Jonah did a great job with everything from delivery and further service. The burger itself was probably the most juicy and flavorful burger I've had, the Double Colorado, the spice levels weren't too much; and it was cooked well. While the fries were nice, the tater tots were decent, or maybe it was my combination of being a psycho and ordering so much food. Overall though I highly recommend this place, great service, and great burgers.“

“Creepy Uncle Dave here. Today I went to the Tex Mex Deli in Edison. The food was amazing! I tried a burrito that was out of this world. Apparently this was a new entry to their already sprawling menu. My boss once told me that if I never step out of my comfort zone and try something new I will never taste success. At the time I was pretty sure the only success I was going to taste was the sweat from my forehead seeing as he wanted me to dig a 200 foot trench by hand. Anyway, this was a shredded chicken burrito stuffed to the hilt with chicken, rice and beans, then smothered with MOLE, MOLE, MOLE sauce. Sorry, if you know you know. My coworker had the birria tacos that looked equally amazing. They must have been good seeing as he didn’t even offer a taste. This isn’t a white tablecloth establishment but the food definitely has potential. I’m sold! I’m definitely coming back and I think you should check this place out too. Tell them I sent ya!

We went here for our first year anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. The seafood was fresh and the pasta was so flavorful. The desserts were also so delicious! Their carrot cake was amazing! Every recommendation our waiter Jose made was on point. Aside from the food, we had such a fantastic waiter who clearly enjoyed his job and did it well. From the phone call to the checkout, they were friendly and engaging.What I did purchase: cheesesteak with mayo and lettuce and cheese fries (freshly cut potatoes). When I ordered, I almost ordered the crispy <known to me> fries that are crunchy and whatnot. If I ordered again, I would order the fresh fries by themselves: no cheese. My cheesesteak was delicious but I’m a salty food . I added extra salt (because they can always add more, they can’t take away), so just flavor to your own liking, just like you would at home. I’m from southern New Jersey, so plenty of cheesesteaks and fries are offered.Don’t order ipso facto my rating. Try, experience, and know that every restaurant offers something different than your preferred taste and be glad that you have someone willing to offer an experience outside of your own kitchen.I would order again— but differently— via my own experience to see what else is offered.“

I’ve been living in the area for about 15 years now and just randomly tried this place one day, and let me just say it not only exceeded my expectations but blew them out of the park. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is nothing short of simply the best. I would highkey recommend trying their freshly house made pizzas, they’re finger licking good as well as their pastas which are chefs kisses. I’m genuinely amazed at how not many people know about this restaurant. The owner is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met, we talked for 15 minutes just about her business it was 2 minutes before they closed and she offered me all of the left over pizza they hadn’t sold that day FOR FREE. “this place is UNREAL. I started coming here a few years ago when I started college over at Middlesex. I’ve since then transferred and graduated and still make the trip out there 2-3 times a month. This is my absolute favorite birria place. i’ve tried 5-6 other places and NONE are as good as this one. This birria has such a unique flavor and you can tell there’s a lot that goes into it. They focus a lot on it since it’s the main menu item. I always get the tacos. the horchata is also incredible and the churros are fantastic. Please NEVER CHANGE THE RECIPE! This is the only good birria spot around!

“First of all this place is for Authentic Chinese food. If you just need some chicken broccoli go somewhere else. Now we have that clarified let me say that this place is the Best Chinese food in the Edison area.
If you are watching some Uncle Roger weejio and wonder what the “wok hey” tastes like, you should come here. Of course soup don’t contain wok hey so please order the right stuff. For those who can handle internal organs, the stir fried liver and kidney is spectacular. If you have a more conservative palette then go for the stir fried beef and peppers.
This brings me to the only downside of this amazing restaurant. The owner is the master of wok hey but not so much the line cooks. So if this is your first time there and you are looking for some wok hey just kindly as the front or call ahead and confirm if the owner is working in the kitchen today.
Of course the best restaurant can’t just be good at one thing. Their soups and cold dishes are amazing as well. And the best part is, you don’t need the owner to be there. For non stir fried dishes I recommend the stewed roasted duck. Rather pricey at around 40 bucks but it’s definitely worth it. It’s even better when you take it home and let all the ingredients soak in that amazing broth overnight.
P.s please don’t bother the owner for take out requests. No wok hey gonna last in a takeout container.“
