“I had the honor privilege and luck of being the very first customer to be served at Kanpachi Sushi during their grand opening on 4/29/2022. The very first think I noticed was how friendly and inviting the staff is, they make you feel welcome the second that you step into their establishment. The second thing I noticed was the how the new renovation which makes you want to come in and have a seat at a table or sit at the sushi bar to watch the sushi master construct your order before your eyes. I am impressed with the addition of this new business to Amboy Ave. The food is fresh, top-quality ingredients prepared by a world class chief and sushi master. I had lunch there yesterday and today. Oh, and did I mention that Kanpachi is a BYOB establishment? Sushi steak and Hibachi lovers, do yourself a favor and get over there. I am making this my go to spot for lunch or dinner, I give Kanpachi 5 stars. Thank you for picking Amboy Ave to open your sushi house.“

“I came in today for a meal and ended up really enjoying everything about this place. The ramen was delicious, the broth had great flavor, and the sushi was excellent. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the portion was just right. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the decor gives it a calm, authentic feel.

“Love, love, love this place for all you can eat sushi. Its amazing! Highly recommend their spicy seaweed salad, shumai, coconut shrimp, sashimi, tyna, eel, salmon. Their salmon sushi pizza on a flaky crust is amazing. Their sushi and their hot dishes, are also soooo good. This is a hidden gem. The place is BYOB or you can buy soft drinks at the location.“

“I hadn't visited this place in over 10 years [out of state] and I must say it's just as good as is was back then. I used to LOVE going here and id just sit on my car and eat egg rolls in the parking lot lol. It's such a cute little spot with great food. Idk if it's the same owners since back then but still amazing !!“

“First time ordering here, I had never heard of it despite living in the area, but they had a deal on door dash so I decided to try it out. I have been looking for a good Chinese food restaurant since I moved to this area but have so far been disappointed until today. By far the best Chinese food in the area. Generous portions, and tasted great. It even arrived piping hot. It was also packed very well so it delivered perfectly, no mess anywhere. Glad I found this place because its on my way home from work so I will definitely be stopping by again.
I had the orange chicken with fried rice and egg roll, it was great. I also got plain lo mein, it wasnt overcooked like a lot of places, the noodles were still loose and had a nice chew, not just mush, and a scallion pancake which was super crispy. I was really happy with everything!“

“Yukgaejang (spicy beef brisket stew with glass noodles) was solid! Large portion too! I didn’t even finish my rice. It even comes with some banchan. I had food coma for a few hours on the recliners afterward 🤣

I thought it was a fair price for the convenience of not leaving the sauna. I like that it is not expected to tip, since you bus your own table. That makes it extra fair!“

“I love noodles plus and noodles plus loves me. They are cheap and great quality, the atmosphere is very cute and cozy and is very cleanly. They have quick and accurate service and the staff even go as far to create personal connection with their customers. They have a great variety of foods on their menu that are all delicious. Its very easy to take out or eat in, and they accept all forms of payment. They don't usually mind if you bring outside drinks. It's usually a bit slow and quiet which makes it a great place to sit and study. I have loved noodles plus for years, they have been a stable part of my school life from highschool to my first few years in college, a cute quiet place with great food I can always rely on as a place to relax and escape worldy problems and stress. I will always be a loyal noodles plus supporter, they really are more than just noodles. I am noodles plus biggest fan!!!!!!!!!! 🍣🍣🍣“

“I went with my family in a good mood for Mother's Day and my birthday. We went with 5 adults and 2 children. We came to $300 for our food, and my sister and I tipped twice, for a total of $100. After eating, I left the card on the table after paying. I found out after I got home, so I called right away and confirmed the card was there. Since then, money has been withdrawn from my account several times. I couldn't use the card. However, I was surprised by the amount of over $100 doordash payment, so I stopped the card in the evening. And I called the restaurant. But the boss never said he was sorry to me. We said we didn't use it and that we could report it. I am so embarrassed and angry. It's my fault for leaving the card behind, but it's a big fault for the person who stole and used the guest card. I want to tell you to be careful about what happened here. I don't want to go any longer to be safe in a place like this. And you won't be able to go. The service here is a mess. really be careful. 마덜스 데이와 제 생일로 기분 좋게 식구들과 갔습니다. 우리는 어른 5명과 아이 2명과 갔습니다. 우리는 음식값이 300불이 나왔고, 나와 내 여동생이 팁을 두번 주어서 총 100불을 팁으로 주었습니다. 먹은후 계산후에 카드를 테이블에 놓고 왔습니다. 집에 온 이후에 알게되서, 다는 바로 전화를하고 카드가 거기있는것을 확인을 했습니다. 그 이후 내 계좌에서 돈이 여러번 빠져나갔습니다. 나는 카드를 사용하지 못했습니다. 그러나 100불 이상의 doordash 에서 결제된 금액에 놀라서 저녁에 카드를 중지 시켰습니다. 그리고 나는 그 레스토랑에 전화를 했습니다. 그러나 사장님은 나에게 미안하다는 소리는 한번도 하지 않았습니다. 우리들은 사용하지 않았다면서 신고 해도 된다고 했습니다. 나는 너무 당황스럽고 화가났습니다. 카드를 두고 온 나의 잘못이지만, 손님카드를 도용해서 사용한 사람은 큰 잘못입니다. 나는 이곳에서 이런일이 일어난것에대해 조심하라고 말하고 싶습니다. 이런곳에서 안전하게 더 이상 가고싶지 않다. 그리고 갈수 없을것입니다. 여기서비스는 엉망 입니다. 정말 조심하세요..“

“As an Army veteran on Veterans Day, I waited 40 min just to be seated and another 45 minutes with 6 others at the table and still no food on the hot grill in front of us. Several other tables were empty and only two other tables of 8 had chefs cooking up some food, so the place was not crowded. I got up and left. Super disappointing.“
