Went there for the very first time this week. Our server was Christan aka Chris (could start with a K).
Her customer service was over the top 10 ++++!!
And the food matched the service!!!
I have been popping in here for a quick beverage and some food after a long work day for about a year. The staff including, Cass, Faith, Courtney, Alaina, Gabrielle, Ed, Brittany, Alexis, Morgan, Eliza, Ashley, P-Nut, Kim, and more that I am sure I'm leaving out a few who are nothing short of exceptional workers and more importantly family/friends. Took my family of 4 to the NBI for the first time and we had a great experience and the food was delicious ! My burger was the best I’ve ever had, my wife loved the Prime Rib and my sons had the fish taco's. Service was great and the vibe is true Pub/Restaurant. We have found our new favorite spot.
