Panache Woodfire Grill offers a mix of experiences. The veal dishes and broccoli side dish are excellent, but some orders like the burger and spinach were disappointing. The seafood risotto was more like a soup. Service varied, with some experiencing long waits while others received outstanding service. The ambiance can be lively with live music, making conversation difficult. Despite some hiccups, the cocktails, Veal Oscar, Pasta Alfredo, and Chocolate Cake come highly recommended. However, issues with inexperienced waitstaff were noted, with management stepping in to apologize and make amends.
