“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF. Also the other young lady Kelly was sweet as well. As far as the food... you cant ever go wrong! Even my meat-eater friend and family enjoys the food. It is that good!!“

Our family had just experienced the loss of our father and loved one, and we gathered at Applebee’s simply to be together, share a meal, and support one another. Demmi had no idea what we were going through, yet she treated us with such genuine kindness, gentleness, patience, and care.

Despite serving a large group, she never made us feel rushed. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and compassionate throughout our entire visit. The warmth she showed us made a difficult day just a little bit easier, even though she didn’t know how much we truly needed that kindness.

Exceptional service isn’t just about taking orders and bringing food it’s about making people feel cared for. Demmi did exactly that, and I hope Applebee’s recognizes what a wonderful employee they have. “If you visit this location and have the pleasure of having Roman as your server you will be beyond pleased. Everyone that worked there on Sunday 6/28/26 were professional, seemed to love what they do and put their heart on a plate. 10/10 the food was DELICIOUS, burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and the toppings fresh and so tasty! I definitely recommend the hot dog as well, it did not disappoint. It was worth the trip and money. I’ll be heading back very soon. Happy happy customer right here. “We had a great experience at IHOP. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out just as we ordered it. Our waitress, Ricky, provided excellent service throughout our visit. He kept us updated on the status of our food, made sure our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask, and was friendly and attentive the entire time. His outstanding customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this IHOP to others and look forward to coming back again!“

“The staff and patrons were all amazing! I felt the brotherly love Philly and the grease was on the bag before I opened it; so that was a good sign! I got the Chicken Cheesesteak my friend got the beef. Meat was seasoned and cut up nicely; however, the onions were laid on top of the meat in the hoagie and not chopped up with the meat. I think chopping them up together makes a more cohesive hoagie. Would also like to add bell peppers and not just hot peppers. The bread was also a little thick and made the hoagie harder to bite and more chewy. I toasted the bread later and that helped make it easier to chew. The bathroom was a tiny room, but Im glad they had one and it was fully stocked with toilet paper. Super cute establishment.“

“Great Sports Bar! Plenty of TVs in their main bar area and both dinning rooms. I would absolutely recommend you get the burger. It was packed full of greens, with the lettuce sauteed onions and grilled eggplant, but balanced it nicely with a big meaty patty and delicious house sauce. The fries were also exceptional, potentially double fried and thick cut, these steak fries were crispy and the perfect compliment to the burger. Staff was friendly and attentive and the neighborhood was cute!“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “We ordered fahead from Nifty Fifties for a department meeting. We gave a time for pick up. The order was ready, everything was perfect. The milkshakes were cold and a big hit with everyone. I previously had a lunch there and the food was fresh and tasty. I recommended Nifty Fifty's so I am glad it was a good enjoyable choice for all.“
