“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF. Also the other young lady Kelly was sweet as well. As far as the food... you cant ever go wrong! Even my meat-eater friend and family enjoys the food. It is that good!!“

“We were seated quickly and our server, Liam, was excellent - attentive and kind. There was a hair in one of our dishes, but they took care of it right away and Kim, the manager, came over to apologize and remove the meal from our bill. We will be back!“

“If you visit this location and have the pleasure of having Roman as your server you will be beyond pleased. Everyone that worked there on Sunday 6/28/26 were professional, seemed to love what they do and put their heart on a plate. 10/10 the food was DELICIOUS, burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and the toppings fresh and so tasty! I definitely recommend the hot dog as well, it did not disappoint. It was worth the trip and money. I’ll be heading back very soon. Happy happy customer right here. “Today was a great and viby experience. The atmosphere was awesome. The food was amazing. The staff was intuitive almost as though I didn't have to ask for much they seemed to anticipate my needs and that's a team that seems to have their customer service behaviors down to a T. “Stopped after a winning Phillies game, and got a few slices and a couple cheesesteaks. The pizza is amazing with a little crunch and great flavor. Cheesesteaks are perfectly made with great flavor, perfect seeded roll and the cheesesteak sandwich is n a perfect size and certainly not tiny. Great portions.“

“Do yourself a favor. Go to Bad Brother and order the ribeye! This steak was superb. Perfectly cooked, great presentation, mildly smokey. I can go on and on! “Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “We ordered fahead from Nifty Fifties for a department meeting. We gave a time for pick up. The order was ready, everything was perfect. The milkshakes were cold and a big hit with everyone. I previously had a lunch there and the food was fresh and tasty. I recommended Nifty Fifty's so I am glad it was a good enjoyable choice for all.“
