Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
This IHOP is very friendly and a great experience. - Max was a great waitress. No pressure, just order when ready and eat as ordered.
Server name was Samir was great. I'll be back again because of him.

IHOP is a restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, including the Sampler, Meatly Cheesy Omelette, Original Buttermilk Pancakes, and Fishermen Platter. The staff is often praised for being friendly and welcoming, though some reviews mention issues with the atmosphere, such as cold and sticky seats. While the food is usually good, with some dishes being particularly well-prepared, there have been recent reports of inconsistencies, such as orders being incorrect or food arriving cold. The restaurant has also faced criticism regarding cleanliness and overall atmosphere, with one reviewer noting a high standard for cleanliness from their previous experience. Despite these challenges, the restaurant continues to strive to provide a positive dining experience for its customers. Recent reviews mention that the tables and coffee cups were dirty, and the floors need polishing. However, the service was good, with a friendly and attentive server. The food was generally enjoyed, though some guests were not satisfied with their meals, such as a dry steak omelet and a cold waffle. One reviewer mentioned preferring a different IHOP location.
