Customer service-wise, Shake Shack was great. I had seen a few reviews mentioning poor service, but that wasn’t my experience at all. The staff was kind, patient, and quick.
Unfortunately, the food just wasn’t for me. The ingredients tasted fresh, but the burger was way too salty and greasy, especially for the price. If you visit this location and have the pleasure of having Roman as your server you will be beyond pleased. Everyone that worked there on Sunday 6/28/26 were professional, seemed to love what they do and put their heart on a plate. 10/10 the food was DELICIOUS, burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and the toppings fresh and so tasty! I definitely recommend the hot dog as well, it did not disappoint. It was worth the trip and money. I’ll be heading back very soon. Happy happy...read full review
