“the girl on the phone answered me very rudely, it took me a couple of seconds to hear her voice because the noise around me prevented me from placing an order, I didn’t hear her and she was angry and hung up. I called back to complete the order, but in response they picked up the phone and disconnected the connection. “I’ve been coming here since 1964 and it’s still just as good! Hands down- best pizza in Philadelphia! The brothers/brothers in law have retired, but one of the sons is carrying the legacy forward. All they sell is pizza and soda, and only beef and beef pepperoni toppings. It’s no frills, but worth the ride I make every so often from Chestnut Hill. I only wished they took credit cards and stayed open later, but I understand. If you’re a pizza snob like me, do yourself a favor and try King of Pizza?“

“The Chestnut Hill Brewing Company has some really great food. Everything was great. They have many vegan sauces. The outside eating area is amazing. A must try and definitely make a reservation. Side parking on the street is free on Sundays of you can find. They were really busy but definitely worth the food and trip.“

Two veggies and one bruschetta. The bruschetta was as ordered and very good. We only received one veggie Panini and got some other grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato?? Also the veggie Panini on their menu and online says grilled eggplant, instead it was two large fried pieces of eggplant on each half. “I met Marcello and Kiley the week before and New Hope and they invited us to come and have dinner this weekend. We went on Friday and had the back room basically to ourselves there was 10 of us. The food service was outstanding! Came and spoke with us several times, the chef came out, and said hello, our waitress Heather was absolutely incredible so efficient, and yet so loving! we were spoiled rotten! Everyone took home so much food because the portions were enormous. The prices were totally reasonable. Sun-dried tomatoes are more expensive than plum tomatoes and the flavor is very different.if they were not available the server should have mentioned and the price should reflect the difference. Very disappointed and only had a couple bites.“

“Select is a very nice addition to Warrington. I've visited three tines; twice with my husband who loves the chicken tenders and shrimp and lobster bisque, and with friends. I enjoyed the pancakes and my friends enjoyed the fried chicken and waffles. The food has been consistently flavorful. I ordered the rice bowl with salmon. The portion size was generous, but the salmon was a bit overcooked. The cocktails are varied and absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The servers have been friendly and attentive. I enjoy the Cage (bar area). It's a fun and cozy atmosphere for adults. I plan to return, soon. I love the place!“
