Always busy for a reason! Went here twice with groups of people and every single person always says the same thing. Wow everything on the menu is amazing and perfect cooked. This restaurant has great food across the board. Everything tastes exceptional! The cheesesteak and pizza are especially good. You can tell that this restaurant is going to appear on all the local food travel must eat destination lists very soon.
Cafe Carmela's second location on Huntingdon Pike is just as delicious as the one on Holme. Fresh ingredients, authentic flavors and here much more available seating. Multiple eating sections and what appears possibly to be a party room (not certain) Parking on the other hand can be a challenge as the lot fills quickly.
