Had to repeat my order several times. Asked if someone else could take my order and was treated so rudely. After all that, my order wasn’t even made correctly. It’s a shame that the owner didn’t want to see my perspective because the employee who couldn’t perform was his own son.
this summer our orders were always wrong and all orders were skimpy in size. just got a medium cone tonight and she made it look like a kids size. ever since new owner the quality went down.
