I was not super happy that I had to drive to this location to open an account. The online banking needed more information and was unable to complete online. I made the hour and 15 minute drive. It was worth the drive. John, the capital one representative was very helpful and understanding. He was able to assist with all the account needed and made sure we got the credits requested and the freebies of the month. The atmosphere was different from a normal bank. So I came into the cafe unaware of the current MLB promotion going and Tianna was super informative about the special!
It was fantastic! I later found out about the reusable 3D printed cups being offered and Jay was more than willing to assist me with the purchase, he had to search through the PoS system for a bit but he didn’t give up and really took care of me!!

Awesome staff! My daughter spilled her drink outside of the cafe and staff ran out to help replace her straw and clean up the mess! So sweet.

However, visitors should note that the location pin on Google Maps may not be accurate, as it now points to the edge of the parking lot near the road, even though the café is inside the mall.
