“I was not super happy that I had to drive to this location to open an account. The online banking needed more information and was unable to complete online. I made the hour and 15 minute drive. It was worth the drive. John, the capital one representative was very helpful and understanding. He was able to assist with all the account needed and made sure we got the credits requested and the freebies of the month. The atmosphere was different from a normal bank. It was relaxed classic cafe feel and an additional staff helping with banking at the tables instead of a desk. I had a Chia latte and my son had a coffee, both were made very well. It was an interesting experience.“

“I love Duck Donuts!! The donuts are always fresh and the staff is lovely and you can watch them handmade everything behind the glass. Prices are reasonable, food is warm and fresh, and it comes out quickly. My friends and I always finish our donuts right when they come out, 10/10. Wish they were open more often“

It’s a canteen style setup—you order at the counter and help yourself to condiments at the self serve station, so don’t wait for a server. They’ll give you a number and you’ll pick up your food when it’s ready. I tried the Short Ribs Deluxe Pho and the Banh Mi, both were pretty good, and the short rib portion was huge, I even had to take some home.“

The staff was extremely helpful ❤️ I went on 1/4/22 and had a wonderful experience, the guy at checkout actually threw in some free capsules which was so sweet . Only spent $20 total which is very fair. Shoutout to the workers! They were super professional and helped me pick out the perfect pods - they even gave me an extra mailer for recycling the pods!! The girls working here are wonderful, hardworking, and clearly doing the best they can, but they are severely understaffed and it shows. There are currently only two employees doing what feels like the workload of five people, and they are being left overwhelmed and stretched far too thin.

My biggest concern is that management needs to do a much better job supporting their employees. Better staffing, communication, and organization would make a huge difference. The employees themselves deserve credit because they are doing their best in a situation that seems unnecessarily difficult. I hope management takes this seriously and recognizes that supporting your staff is just as important as serving your customers.“
