Ok so I work in the mall so I always order from this Starbucks and my service is A1 every time. But I just wanted to leave this particular review because one of the managers went above and beyond for me. So I did a mobile order but when I got there they didn’t have 1 of my items. So the lady taking my order was pretty friendly. After ordering a regular iced coffee, I thought it would be sweet enough for me but it wasn’t that sweet so I thought maybe I could add another sweetener.
