Dunkin' is described as a place that can be filthy, with sticky ketchup packets and a lack of cleaning even on a quiet day during the week. However, others found it a hidden gem inside the mall with pleasant experiences, nice and friendly staff, and quick drinks. The breakfast food is really good, and the place is nice and clean with amazing staff and quick service.
