This McDonald's have a major employee shortage issue. On time service could not be sustained either inside or drive through. One customers asked for a refund after 30 plus minutes inside. McDonald's employees from nearby McDonald's added to the backup. He said he would help them but the store he works is just as short staffed. Two young guys walked in with wawa cups went to the soda machine filled up and walked out.. no security. These McDonald's should invest in continuous hiring...read full review
Takes four times as long to put in an order on the kiosk, as it does to put it in at the counter. The t was not readily available in the menu and when we did find it it was not self-serve. Pay at kiosk failed, so we had to stand and wait until we could pay the counter. Once paid at the counter and sitting at our table, we still had to go up to the counter to get our food even though we had a table tent. McDonald's is a clean restaurant with quick service. The staff is friendly and hospitable, going out of their way to assist customers. They accommodate special requests and have a great attitude towards children. The food satisfies, especially the fries, and is a good value for the price. Customers praise the restaurant for its fast and simple service, with enjoyable food and a great variety of meals. The drive-thru staff are consistently friendly, and the fries are always on point. The fish sandwiches are considered among the best in the area. Recently, customers have shared disappointing experiences, especially with mobile orders, where delays and confusion occurred, and some felt dismissed or treated unfairly. Despite this, overall, the restaurant continues to deliver a good experience, with positive staff interactions even close to closing time, and remains a recommended place for fast eating.
