This is often on my route for my job, and I come in for my drink, iced oat milk matcha latte with 5 hazelnut and less ice. And I've recently found that some DD, they skimp on the hazelnut. Not here. This DD actually gave me a decent amount of hazelnut. They mixed the matcha well, too, which is NOT common! They're really friendly, and it has a nice-sized parking lot. I love this DD.
Pooja was amazing, such a sweetheart. Hope she can move on from this place. The male Manger is never friendly when I'm there. He's rude and short with customers. After getting attitude from him, my order was still made incorrectly. But with what the Manger lacked in customer service skills Pooja made up for with her politeness.

I use the app and it's pretty easy to order items. One thing though, if you don't know the area, it's kinda hard to know which Dunkin to go to. The app needs to show you relation-distance together.
