I was in Chipotle last week and recieved great customer service from Daniella. I wanted to acknowledge her for that because even if the food isn't that great, it is important to me to recieve good service.
Worst run franchise location. Two stars cause the issues are fixable.Consistently questionable service, customers seem to be an intrusion.I've yet to see line with full options.Always out of something .Most recent trip saw chairs up and line area being broken down 2 hours prior to closing.

Placed an order for pickup as usual. Got stuck in line for over 15 minutes waiting for one single car to move forward. Terrible drive-thru control. Tengars had piled up by the time I got my order because of one car that they were unable to move forward or tell them to pull aside for whatever the issue was
