The service at Eden Square, Bear, DE is extremely slow. There is a long wait even when you order 20 minutes in advance through the mobile app. In addition the customer service is sub par too. I complained to the manager about wait time. She told me they did not have enough employees and she did not have time to speak to me. I will not visit that location again.
I wish they would have actual hours and stick to them, you never know when they are open until you pull up and there is a hand written sign saying they closed. Some days they are open until 6 pm sometimes they close at 2 pm. We were so excited for this Starbucks to open but it’s been nothing but disappointment. Not very good for a business that just opened
