It hit me when I ordered I've been going to Starbucks for at least 20 years! I love it and always have had pleasant experiences there.
I have gone today and a few times in the last few weeks to get a Chai latte and it is so watered down that I could not tell if there was chai in it or if it was tan water. Completely disappointed especially for the price.
Arrived around lunchtime, promptly helped by friendly guy & was on my way.
